How it Works

...I've chosen my puppy--- now what?!? 

The most common question we get is "how does this process work?"  

STEP ONE

Read our Health Guarantee and then complete the online Puppy Application.  At this point there is NO commitment.  Completion of the puppy application DOES NOT hold a puppy.  (only deposits can hold puppies) Upon request via phone or email, we will place a 24 hour courtesy hold on the puppy you are interested in. 
STEP TWO

After completing the online puppy application, you may opt to leave a deposit then, or wait until we have contacted you. We can always refund it if the puppy isn't available or if you are not approved for adoption/purchase. Please understand deposits are like application fees and are not refundable if you back out!  Completion of an application does not automatically reserve a puppy!
STEP THREE

Please read the the 1 year health guarantee prior to sending your deposit so you will understand its terms and limitations.  Once your deposit is paid, and a vet health check is done on your puppy, we will send you a digital copy of your Health Guarantee and Contract for you to e-sign via PandaDoc. If this option is not available to you, We will have it here for you to sign.

Order Food and Vitamins. Please keep the puppy on the Nutri Source puppy and the Nuvet Supplement 
STEP FOUR

Please print off the puppy care guide to familiarize yourself with what is coming up, you have a shopping list prepared for you on the last page. If not shipping, please read the local visit link.

Boarding is available if you are unable to receive your puppy by 9 weeks of age. The puppy will receive any due vaccinations or deworming on schedule while here at no extra fee . We give you a 5 day grace period, then $30/day thereafter accrues charges until pickup. 

Deposit and Payment Information

Remember to make sure of your decision as deposits are non-refundable if you back out. If something unforeseen happens to the puppy, your deposit is refunded in full -- Or if the puppy does not check out well at the vet check. Also, if you place a waiting list deposit and we do not have a puppy available, your deposit is refunded.

Types of payments we accept for deposits:
  • PayPal
  • Venmo
  • Square 
We can also take cards in person with square.  We DO NOT accept credit card payments over the phone or via email.  We take your financial data very seriously and securely. 

Please email or call for your PayPal link, Venmo or Square Invoice. 

PLEASE READ ALL INFO BELOW BEFORE SENDING DEPOSIT OR PAYMENTS!

$500 deposit to hold a puppy until ready to go home then balance is due at pickup or prior to meeting up one of our staff.  All deposits are deducted from total price.  

Please make a note of which puppy you are wanting on the PayPal form where it says "note to seller."

You must enter a valid address for your PayPal transaction and on your account for the BUYER/SELLER Protection to work. If you do not have a verified buyers address, I will refund the transaction and you must re-submit payment.    

After you place a deposit, I will remove your puppy from the website asap and Gina will email you updated pictures every 2-3 weeks until your puppy is ready for pickup. 

If your puppy is to be boarded after purchase because of vacation, holiday, or gift giving, please be prepared to pay at least 1/2 down on your puppy prior to picking it up and a boarding fee of $30 per day.

Local pickups: 
 If you want to pay your balance with a credit card instead of cash, please do so prior to picking up your puppy. We can send you a PayPal or square invoice. We also accept Vemno payments. 

 9.25% ARKANSAS STATE AND LOCAL SALES TAX WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE PAID AT TIME OF PICKUP. EVEN IF YOU DRIVE HERE FROM OUT OF STATE, SALES TAX MUST BE COLLECTED.
