The cargo area is heated and air conditioned. The airlines and USDA require that a pet is at least 8 weeks old before shipping. With T-cups it
is better to wait until at least 10 weeks old.  Each puppy and flight schedule have different cenarios, so each case is different! WHAT EVER IS
BEST FOR THE PUPPY!  I can refuse shipment or sale!  Payment in full is expected prior to shipping, no exceptions.  I require 50% down to
hold a puppy and deposits are non-refundable.  If for some reason I can not arrange shipping for your puppy, your money will be refunded in
full.

I can give you an approximate ship date, but not exact.  You will be emailed the flight itinerary which contains the reference number, flight
numbers and arrival time in your time zone.  You will also be given the local phone number for the cargo or ticket counter.  You will need to call
this number and ask where in your airport to pick up the puppy.  Sometimes it is in the cargo facility outside the airport, or the baggage area
or ticket counter inside the airport.

I do place full value insurance on the puppy during the flight just in case something where to happen, we would both be protected.  I have not
ever had a puppy get lost!! I just figure with some people spending several hundred dollars for a puppy and shipping, it would be wise to cover
ourselves.

OTHER SHIPPING RELATED INFO:

Please make sure you are the one to pickup the puppy.  If your name is the only one on the health certificate, then, you are the only one that
can pickup the puppy.

Please be prepared to expect delays.  There may be a delay of 45 minutes to 1 hour for the pup to reach the terminal after arrival.

They will be out in the hot/cold temperatures for sometimes up to 15-20 minutes traveling from the terminal to the plane .
My vet's
acclimation statements states that I can ship puppies from 20-95 degrees.
A puppy can contract  a cold or cough during shipping.
Buyer should understand that it is the buyers responsibility to treat a cold or cough upon arrival.   My vet nor I will let a sick puppy be shipped;
hence, I would not
knowingly ship you a sick puppy or want to ship you a sick puppy.  If your puppy arrives coughing or sneezing, it more than
likely got chilled during transport--IT DID NOT LEAVE HERE SICK!!!!!!  I assure you of that.
I am not responsible for a cold or cough or any
vet bills associated with it.
Just the change in environments can also cause a cough or a cold.   Puppies, just like children can get a cold very
easily.  This has happened twice, so please be aware of the extra medicine expense that may be necessary upon arrival.

If for some reason you are not ready to receive the puppy or have to delay the shipping, and I have to keep the puppy over a week then you will
be charged a $50 per week boarding fee and the puppy will receive any shots or dewormings or vet care needed.

A Rabies shot is not included in the price  (if puppy is kept here past 12 wks, a rabies shot will be required, ($15 without office visit, $50 with)

Make sure you take NutriCal or NutriStat and bottled water for your puppy to have when you get him or her to the car.  Also bring some wet
wipes, as some pups have accidents in the crate, they can't avoid.  It is a good idea to also bring a couple of training potty pads to put in your
floor board of your car so puppy can potty when you get to the car.  Please DO NOT let the puppy down on public ground until it has had all its
puppy shots.  Parvo lives in the ground.

I have shipped many puppies, and I have not had any major problems arise.  All pups have made it to their destination.  I have had one pup
miss it's connection flight, but still made it on time on another flight.  The airline has your cell number if you provided it, as well as mine and
always will contact us about problems and are prompt to resolve them.

Please note, that I can not be held liable for increased shipping rates.  I do not call the airlines everyday to check their rates.  The
buyer will be held responsible for unknown rate increases.

ALSO, PLEASE NOTE THAT I TRY TO SHIP ON  FRIDAYS AND I AM NOT VERY FLEXIBLE, SO PLEASE NOTE THIS UP FRONT.
ALSO I CAN'T SHIP JUST ONE PUPPY, I HAVE TO HAVE 2 OR MORE TO MAKE THE TRIP.   SO IF YOUR SCHEDULE WONT
ALLOW THE DATE I WANT TO SHIP, YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THE FOLLOWING WEEK, AND COULD BE CHARGED A
BOARDING FEE OF $50 PER WEEK.

Ground shipping is available out east and is $300 but you do not receive a crate.  Clint Little is my shipper for this and after you
pay a deposit to me, you can pay your balance in cash to him when you receive your puppy.  Buyers who elect for ground shipping MUST be
flexible about a meeting day, time and place!  His schedule can CHANGE due to road construction, weather or other people running late.
Clint has a great service and is very good with the puppies!
