very disturbing to me, because I have worked so hard to make this website!!!
Please take pet adoption very seriously! This is a life-long commitment and you need to be aware of the
requirements of each breed. All buyers are required to sign a spay/neuter agreement. Breeding rights are available
to approved breeders with a vet reference. Homes with a fenced yard are preferred. I get at least one call
everyday from someone that their pet got in the road and this could have been prevented.
STEP ONE:
Click here and complete online ADOPTION FORM Don't worry, there's NO COMMITMENT yet! After completing the
online adoption form, you may opt to leave a deposit then, or wait until I have contacted you.
FORMS OF PAYMENTS ACCEPTED:
Credit or Debit Card processing is available over the phone and in person! Photo ID is required and must be your
name on the card!
PAYPAL online: You do not need to have a paypal account to use this service. It is safe and you can use your
credit, debit card or your bank account as the funding source. I have set up the paypal link on my website so you
can do this yourself.
US POSTAL Money orders or WALMART MONEY GRAMS. (Where you can go to your local Walmart and wire money to
me at my local Walmart.)
I accept CASH for local pickups or credit/debit cards. Please let us know beforehand if you plan to use a
credit/debit card for your purchase. Arkansas sales tax is now required for all in state sales at 8.75%
Sorry, no checks nor bank cashiers checks are accepted.
Make sure you ask any questions about the puppy and my policies before making your down payment as they are
non-refundable. DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE if you back out! Please do not waste my time or yours or my vets
or the airlines. Local deposits are $100 and deposits on puppies to be shipped are $250 (plus paypal fee of 4%).
Balance of puppy and shipping due prior to shipping. If you use ground shipping, you can pay your balance in cash
to him. Puppies that are over $800 will require more money down at 6 wks old.
STEP TWO:
Click here and print off the 2 year health guarantee and after completion of the contract, please fax it to
817-977-7440 or scan and email it. I must receive contract prior to shipping. Please read this prior to sending your
deposit so you will understand its terms and limitations. If you come here and pick up your puppy, I will have it here
for you to sign.
STEP THREE:
Read about the cost and fees associated with shipping Please print off the puppy care guide to familiarize
yourself with what is coming up, you have a shopping list prepared for you on the last page. If not shipping, please
read the local pickup link above.
Remember I am here for the life of your pet for advice and help. Please contact me via email or at

Eukanuba and you need to keep the puppy on the same food. You can buy at Tractor Supply, Petsmart or here. We feed Eukanuba Small Breed Petite race to all our puppies and mommies. We also recommend: Vanilla Activia Yogurt Canned Natural Chicken Frozen Cooked Veggies |
Vet References: This is Dr. Chris Ward, DVM. He has been my vet for the past 10 years. He is very devoted to providing the best care for my dogs. He has purchased a puppy from me! I am in his office several times a week. He or Dr Williams will do a complete nose to tail exam and a fecal test on your baby before shipping.
